Rudy De La Cruz is a Partner and Co-Founder of Key Healthcare Business Brokers and brings multi-level experience to clients on how to sell a healthcare business. Rudy has worked for top-tier management consulting and big pharmaceutical firms where he assisted in the optimization of key business indicators, profitability improvement, and financial risk analysis. He also helped clients expand revenue streams and forecasts.  

Rudy has successfully represented buyers and sellers of a variety of ancillary healthcare businesses including laboratory, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), and pharmacy services companies. He is also a consultant for multiple, private healthcare practices.

In addition, Rudy has owned and operated laboratory services, sleep medicine laboratories, and medical distribution companies and assisted in the operation of healthcare clinics. 

Rudy highly values building client relationships and delivering consistent, exemplary service.  

Rudy holds a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree with a minor in economics from Texas Tech University.
