Sean Tinsley is a Partner and Co-Founder of Key Healthcare Business Brokers. Sean has personally managed hundreds of business brokerage transactions across a wide range of healthcare service sectors and specialties, including medical practices for sale. Sean is active throughout the transition process, including business development, pre-market due diligence, and negotiation of deal terms. Sean is in frequent contact with active ancillary healthcare business buyers, healthcare business sellers, healthcare lenders, and legal and accounting resources that are designed specifically to service the healthcare industry.

Sean is also a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Tinsley Medical Practice Brokers, a leader in the medical practice brokerage industry.

Prior to Key Healthcare Business Brokers, Sean worked as a financial advisor exclusively with the medical community. His primary focus was asset protection, succession, and estate planning for the physician market.  

Sean holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Concordia University
